Thank you for ordering from Fabulous Photo Gifts. We hope your purchase will provide you with many years of enjoyment. Should you require any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Whilst the majority of our photo gifts are printed in-house, and although all the image preperation is carried out in-house, our boxed jigsaws are manufactured in the EU for whom we are their sole distributor in the UK, hence the 14 day turnaround time. We bulk ship every 3 days in order to ensure your boxed jigsaw order will arrive in time. Some blank printables may be produced outside of the UK, depending on supplier and availability.

We have included all the necessary information under the relevant headings below to help you as
much as possible. Please enjoy your Fabulous Photo Gifts shopping experience!

Please Note: Due to the varying costs involved in posting fragile items abroad, we regret that we
are unable to take overseas orders by internet at present. If you are an overseas
(non U.K) customer, please contact us with your requirements and we will be pleased
to quote for postage and packaging costs to your destination.

How to order:

You can place your order directly through our on-line shopping facility or by post. Please see the
relevant information below to assist you.

Order a Fabulous Photo Gift online:

Ordering online with Fabulous Photo Gifts couldn't be simpler or safer, the steps below explain how
the order process works and the relevant information you will need. As you will see below. we
accept most major credit cards via a secure server software (see Security/Privacy below for
further information).

We accept the following credit cards:

The name and billing address given must be the same as that registered with your card supplier.
Payment will be processed at the point of taking your order. Cheques will need 7 working
days to clear.

Your order will be confirmed by email along with your order number, please keep this safe in the
unlikely event there is a problem with your order, as you will be asked for this number when
contacting Fabulous Photo Gifts.

All Prices are in pounds Sterling.

Must be the same as registered with your card supplier.

Daytime contact number & email address if you have one.

This is in case we need to contact you about your order.

Product codes for the items you have chosen (postal orders).

You may find it useful to shop in the usual way by adding items to your basket. Then instead
of proceeding to checkout simply print your basket to use as your shopping list.

Credit card details.

Must be the same as billing address given.

Delivery address.

We do not deliver to PO. Box numbers. Some customers find it useful for gifts to be delivered to a
place of work if full and correct address is known.

Delivery will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm. Monday to Saturday. If it is not
possible to accept delivery at the address given your delivery will be taken to your local sorting
office to await your collection. Your local sorting office will hold deliveries for 4-5 working days,
after this period they will return any uncollected deliveries to Fabulous Photo Gifts. Should an item be returned
because of a failed collection we can not be held responsible.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery
if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address you should check it.
In the event that you select a business address, Fabulous Photo Gifts shall be deemed to have successfully
delivered the product to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address.

Fabulous Photo Gifts by post.

To order Fabulous Photo Gifts by post, please contact us.you may want to print out the postal order form.
Your cheques will need 7 working days to clear. All orders by post with a cheque payment would add an additional 7
days to the standard delivery stated. No orders will be processed until payment has cleared.

Returned Goods

If your delivery arrives damaged, you must advise us within 3 days. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.

Because of the personalised nature of the goods, no refunds will be offered including where wrong quantities or wrong sizes have been ordered, except where damage has occured during delivery or when an item is faulty. In such circumstances, a replacement gift will be offered.

If an item is returned to us as 'not collected' or 'unsigned for' etc. from the courier (e.g Royal Mail etc), then we will try to contact you by email. You will be required to pay the re-sending postage costs (via PayPal for next available postage or by cheque, in which case we will require your cheque to clear before we can complete postage). Please ensure your address and email details are correct and act promptly if you receive notification from a courier that a delivery was attempted.

COPYRIGHT

Customers must appreciate that we cannot reproduce onto gifts, print or restore/apply effects to pictures or images, whether supplied electronically or by post, images that are protected by copyright laws. Usually, professionally taken photographs are under the photographer's copyright and can only be reproduced with their permission for which they often require a fee. Illegal reproduction may result in legal action by the photographer. By submitting photographs to us for restoration or reproduction as photo gifts you affirm that no copyright is infringed. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such copyright infringement, even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of Fabulous Photo Gifts.

You will be liable for any copyright claims that arise.

Intellectual Property:
The term "Content" includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics and images which appear on the Site, the design, and appearance of the Site.
Each item of Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights which are either owned by the Fabulous Photo Gifts or licensed to it by a third party.
Where downloads of third party software are made available on the Site, they are owned by the third party licensor in question, and will be subject to any terms and conditions applied by the relevant third party.
The Site may contain proprietary notices (such as moral rights and trade mark notices) and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.

Use of Content:
Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Warning: Choking Hazard - Jigsaw Puzzles are not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts.

Orders:
Please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of your order confirmation and balance of payment. Where an order delivery will extend beyond the 28 day period, the customer will be advised by email. Because products are sourced from all over the world, such delays are beyond are forseeable control but we will always endeavour to meet delivery times and keep you informed by email of progress.

Sending of images:
When sending images by post, Fabulous Photo Gifts strongly recommends all original discs or prints etc are sent to us by recorded delivery. Fabulous Photo Gifts cannot accept any responsibility for your pictures until they are proven in our signed for custody. We return all originals by recorded delivery.

Fabulous Photo Gifts - How to Order:

We' ve tried to make ordering from Fabulous Photo Gifts as easy and straightforward as possible but if you require any assistance with making your purchases, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you prefer, we are happy to take card payments and complete your order over the phone.

To make your purchase online, follow these simple steps:

1) Select a gift idea from the Shop.
2) Some gift ideas may be available in more than one size/finish. Please make your selection and add to your Basket.
3) Return to the Shop to continue to add other gifts to your Basket.
4) When you have finished adding items to your Basket, you will need to 'personalise' each one by clicking on the personalise button beside each item.
5) Follow the personalisation instructions and browse to the 'file' you want to upload to appear on that Basket item. Once you've personalised an item, the item status will change in your Basket to confirm.
6) Once all Basket items have been personalised, you will be able to click on Checkout.
7) Checkout takes you to our secure payments page on PayPal. You can view your Basket by clicking on view basket at PayPal.
8) Complete the Checkout details. Check gifts selected, quantity and image details before submitting. Due to the personal nature of the items, we cannot offer refunds on any returns for any reason including wrong quantities or sizes selected (except where an item is damaged in transit or faulty).

Your original files or prints remain intact and undamged due to the digital techniques involved in reproducing your photos onto our range of gift ideas.

We strongly recommend when posting CD's or original prints that you send them recorded delivery as Fabulous Photo Gifts cannot accept any responsibility for lost or undelivered photos etc until we actually sign for them.

All supplied CD's and prints will be returned by recorded delivery once the gift has been produced. These may arrive seperately to your gift delivery, before or after actual gift delivery has taken place.

Remember: We cannot work from photocopies or low resolution reprints of original images. Larger file sizes give best results. If you are unsure about what to send us, please contact us prior to ordering for free advice.
