Can I have next day delivery?
Next Day delivery may be possible on the following photo gifts:
- Glass Chopping Boards
- Wooden Jigsaw Puzzles
- Photo Mugs
- Photo Mousemats.
Please contact us prior to ordering as we cannot guarantee next day delivery without first talking to you - it may be too late for a particular item to cool prior to packing etc.
Next day delivery incurs a minimum additional charge of £5.00
for Royal Mail Special Delivery (by 1pm next day).
Remember - this service is by PRIOR AGREEMENT ONLY.
Tell me more about your guaranteed courier delivery service
To avoid unwanted postal service delays thru strike action or non-delivery, we offer a guaranteed courier delivery service on most of our range of gifts.
When you've personalised an item in your basket, if 'courier service' is available, you'll see a link appear asking you to select if required.
This will then add the addtional courier fee to your basket total.
If you've added more than one item to your basket with the courier option, you only need to select it on the first item (otherwise you'll be charged for unneccessary courier requests.
The guaranteed courier delivery is NOT a guranteed next day delivery option. It merely guarantees delivery by the shown date.

I can't seem to get the CHECKOUT button to appear so I can check
out?
This is just a safety mechanism to avoid receiving orders with no corresponding
photograph upload.
All the items in your basket must be either personalised with your uploaded
photograph or your text before the 'proceed to checkout' button will
appear and let you access our secure payment area.
Remove any unwanted items from your basket using the 'remove button'.
What picture file size should I upload?
File size refers to the number of kilobytes (Kb) a 'file' (image) measures
- a 1000 kilobytes equals 1 megabyte (Mb), etc. To ensure the best quality
reproduction possible, we recommend you upload a minimum 100Kb file size.
To check your image size, place your mouse over the image file, right
click and select properties to show the file size.
For our larger Jigsaws (Jigsaw 100 upwards) we suggest you open the image
in a picture editing software and view at print size. We use specialist
re-sizing software where required but ultimately, the larger the file
size, the better the final photo gift image will be.
What's the largest file size I can upload?
We can accept file sizes of up to 10Mb, however, many ISP's (Internet
Service Providors) may have their own limits on uploading. If your upload
is unsuccessful, we can always accept your order by post with your chosen
image on CD or in print etc.
You'll receive confirmation that your upload was successful after each image upload, then when you confirm your personalisation details, the basket item status will change
with the personalise (green button) disappearing. Only when you have
personalised all the items in your basket will you be allowed to proceed
to checkout.
I have an old 70's slide - is that any good?
We can scan slides, negatives, large format negatives as well as prints
and reproduce them on the photo gift order of your choice, and have done
so already.
I'm finding my jigsaw hard to complete, can you help?
Some of our largest jigsaws can be challenging, depending on the original
photo supplied. We recommend avoiding large areas of the same colour/background.
If you're really struggling, we offer a ''Build it" service at a
cost of £25.00. Please contact us for more information.
I've tried scanning my photo at home but the result isn't perfect.
Can you improve?
We use the latest scanning and repair software technology and can accept
prints, negatives, slides etc up to A4 size. We don't charge for scanning
on your order and are happy to receive your order by post. Click

If you are scanning at home, it's important to scan at 300 dpi for best
results.
I'm ordering a Photo Jigsaw and I'd like the completed picture
on the box lid - do I pay extra for this?
No. All our boxed jigsaws come with the completed jigsaw image printed
on the box lid free of charge.
I've never ordered anything online before, how do I order my
photo gift?
Don't worry, we've made it really easy to order online. Add your chosen
gift to your basket, personalise with your photo or text options as indicated, then proceed to our
secure server payment area to checkout and pay. For a detailed 'how to

Will I be charged just for uploading a picture even if I don't
complete the order?
No - you can upload a picture to the photo gift of your choice without
fear of being charged. Once you have uploaded your picture and/or text, you have the
option to remove the item from your basket etc or change quantity of gifts
required, before proceeding to the checkout. Remember to check as some
gift items come in pairs or sets.
I placed my order online but haven't heard anything since?
When you place your order online, in additon to your PayPal confirmation (which is sent by PayPal - not us) you'll shortly receive an automated confirmation of your order from ourselves, sent to the email address used at PayPal.
If there is anything we need to contact you about later on - perhaps a query over image cropping etc, we'll always contact you via that email address.
Unfortunately, sometimes our replies find their way into your junk folders so it's always worth checking them first if you haven't received anything.
We'll even try to contact you from our hotmail account if you've used a hotmail email address as, again, some email services only allow email from the same providor.
99.9% of the time, when customers haven't heard anything from us, either our emails are in their junk folders or they used an old/alternative email address in their order/PayPal records.

If your picture suffers from 'red-eye', why not ask us if we can improve it for you? We may be able to help.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase and recommend your friends
and family to us, and realise the importance of going the extra mile to
secure your satisfaction with the finished order.

Do you accept pictures of an 'Adult' nature?
We can accept nudity where it could be described as artistic, we cannot
accept images which may be described as pornographic. All uploaded images
are secure.

A word about PayPal: If you are paying for your order
via your PayPal account, please ensure that your contact and delivery
address details are up to date as these are the details normally supplied
to us for delivery or contact.
Remember: Please check gifts selected, quantity and
image details before submitting. Due to the personal nature of the items,
we cannot offer refunds on any returns (except where an item is damaged
in transit or faulty - please see our terms and conditions for full details).
Do you sell Jigsaw Puzzle accessories?
Not at present, but you can find a good selection of Puzzle Boards and other jigsaw puzzle equipment at the Jigthings site. There is a U.S. site called Puzzle Organizer where you can buy a clever combination of a Puzzle Tables & Boards.
Your original files
or prints remain intact and undamged due to the digital techniques involved
in reproducing your photos onto our range of gift ideas.
We strongly recommend
when posting CD's or original prints that you send them recorded delivery
as Fabulous Photo Gifts cannot accept any responsibility for lost or undelivered
photos etc until we actually sign for them.
Where requested, all supplied CD's and prints will be returned by recorded
delivery once the gift has been produced. These may arrive seperately
to your gift delivery, before or after actual gift delivery has taken
place.
Remember: We cannot
work from photocopies or low resolution reprints of original images. Larger
file sizes give best results. If you are unsure about what to send us,
