How do I place an order?
Select a puzzle size. You can choose picture puzzles of 12 to 2000 pieces. Choose a photo for a puzzle from your PC. The file size of the photo must be at least 500 Kb. Your photo will be transferred to our database. This may take a while, depending on the respective file size. Fill out the order form completely and make the payment using your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
How can I check the status of my order?
After your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order ID, payment, and shipping information. On the main page, navigate to "Login" and use your order login information to receive updated information about your order status.
What is the delivery time and can I order express?
Standard delivery time is 6-8 working days after payment. We can deliver in 4-5 days if you prefer the express courier service. We manufacture quality products and as we all know true craftsmanship takes time.
How much is shipping?
There is only a single flat rate shipping charge of £4.99 (standard) and £9.99 (Express) on all orders, plus £1.00 for every additional item.
Is the price final?
Yes, the price is final, you will not pay any other fees or taxes.
Do you charge VAT?
We are an EU-based business and we do not charge VAT to our UK customers. According to the new trade agreement (UK/EU), the consignment of value £135 and more is subject to normal customs declaration and the VAT is payable on import. Your order (along with others) will be a part of such consignment with a value much more than £135 and the VAT will be paid at the border (import). Our forwarder is responsible for handling this clearing on our behalf (DTP), so we will cover possible duties and VAT, you will not be asked to pay anything on final delivery.
